Davidson and Pearson single leaf or double leaf swing gates are suitable for openings up to 10m (single leaf) and up to 20m (double leaf), depending on height and infill. Manual swing gates are provided with drop bolts, handles and profile cylinder locks. The optional electro-mechanical drive systems are capable of continuous operation, and can be configured for simultaneous or individual leaf operation and for both single and bi-directional traffic flow. For safety purposes the drive units are mounted at the top of the hanging posts.
The high quality hinges are adjustable and have bronze bearings for long life and ease of operation. The drives and operating arms can be arranged to allow the swing gate leaves to travel through any angle up to 180º.
The fully programmable control panel is normally installed behind a lockable steel door inside one of the hanging posts, but can be supplied in a separate weatherproof enclosure for remote mounting. The swing gates are locked by the drive systems, however electro-magnetic locks should be added for single leaf swing gates over 5m clear opening, and double leaf swing gates over 4m.
All swing gates have long term corrosion protection, comply with current safety requirements and come complete with fail safe buffers and photo-cell.
